广东以色列理工学院筹备办公室招聘建筑工程监理启事

因工作需要，广东以色列理工学院(GTIIT)筹备办公室现向社会公开招聘建筑工程监理(GTIIT现场代表)一名，热诚欢迎应聘。

一、应聘的基本条件

1.遵纪守法，诚实可靠，作风正派，工作态度积极主动、认真负责，能吃苦耐劳，具有团结协作精神和奉献精神；

2.全日制普高本科、硕士研究生，建筑工程或建筑设计专业、海外留学硕士毕业生、有科研实验室工程监理工作经验和海外工作经历；

3. 熟悉建筑装饰新材料、新技术、新工艺、掌握施工工艺，能熟练操作相关设计软件；

4.有较强的中英文表达(含口语和写作)能力，能胜任英语环境下的工作；

5.有八年以上建筑工程监理和现场指导工作经验(必要条件)。

二、岗位职责

1.负责GTIIT校区建设项目的室内外施工现场监理工作，把控设计方案规定的整体效果；

2.负责审核施工图纸，对项目进行跟踪和监督，并为施工现场提供技术支持，保障项目顺利实施；

3.负责对建筑装修项目使用的材料进行确认，对专用材料选型进行审定；

4.负责工程质量的评定，工程项目的检验，对工程项目质量与进度进行控制、管理和监督。对工程质量的定期检查、评议和整改监理，定期提交一份用英语撰写的工程进展情况报告；

5.完成学院领导交办的其他工作。

三、聘用方式及待遇

采用合同制聘用方式。待遇优厚，面议。

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISING ENGINEER WANTED

 

Guangdong Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is looking for a full-time supervising engineer for the campus construction at Shantou, China.

Qualifications:

1) Honest, devoted and collaborative;

2) With Bachelor or Master Degree in Architectural Civil Engineering or Architectural Design; Working experience or studies abroad is preferable;

3) Good command in construction technology, novel materials, techniques and technology in architectural ornament;

4) Skillful in applying relevant design software;

5) Proficient in oral and written English with the ability to work in the English-speaking environment;

6) A minimum of 8 years working experience in construction supervision is preferable.

Responsibilities:

1)Construction site supervision for indoor and outdoor of the GTIIT campus construction project; Grasp in the overall effect stipulated in the design plan;

2)Review the construction drawings; Track and supervise the project; Provide technical support;

3)Verify the materials for construction and decoration; Examine and approve the selection of special materials;

4)Responsible for quality evaluation and project inspection; Control, manage and supervise the project quality and progress; Submit weekly project progress report in English;

5)Complete other work assigned by the GTIIT leaders.

Remuneration Package:

An attractive salary package and fully furnished accommodation will be offered. The remuneration package will be negotiated relevant to experience and qualifications.
